And for those seeking a peaceful and quiet escape, our Lamminpää neighborhood is situated right next to the beautiful outdoor trails of Teivo.

But that's not all - for those visiting during the summer season, we have an array of additional services to enhance your experience. Take in the breathtaking views of Tampere from the water with a boat ride on the famous Näsijärvi lake or try your hand at waterskiing. We also have bicycles available for rent, allowing you to explore the beautiful surroundings at your leisure. These services can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Additional Services:

We are delighted to offer you some additional services during your stay with us. Our hot tub (Jacuzzi) can accommodate up to 6 people and is available for use at a cost of 150€ per night, 220€ for two nights, or 300€ for longer stays. To ensure the hot tub is clean and ready for your use, we kindly ask that you respect the rules and guidelines we have provided.

If you plan to have additional guests, there will be a fee of 25€ per person. Additionally, there will be a final cleaning fee of 280€ if you decide not to do your share of cleaning.

For those who are interested, we also offer boat rides and water skiing, subject to weather conditions and availability. A boat ride for up to 7 people has a base price of 859€ for 4 hours, with an additional hourly rate of 200€. Refreshments are included. Water skiing has a base price of 359€ per hour for up to 6 people, with an additional cost of 160€ per person for skiing and 100€ per person for just the ride. An additional hourly rate of 200€ applies, and refreshments are also included. Please note that transportation to and from the public pier at Nasijarvi lake is not provided.
