Stay in this historic house and live like a true local in Saugerties. Park your car in the driveway and go anywhere in the charming village on foot! We're within walking distance of countless restaurants, shops, and kayaking on the Esopus creek—an ideal base to explore Saugerties. We have everything you need; self-check-in, off-street parking, security cameras, a sun-filled enclosed porch, complimentary coffee/tea, laundry, and bath amenities.

The space:
Once you enter the sunny enclosed porch, kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable on the lounge chair. Inside you'll find our open-concept first floor, including a brand-new kitchen equipped with a gas range and oven, water dispensing fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and complimentary coffee/tea station. The dining area has seating for 6 with an additional 2-person island. Relax on the sectional in the spacious living room, which is also an extra queen sleeper sofa bed. There is an electric fireplace, Nest climate control, power blinds, and tv. Wifi and Youtube TV are included with your stay.

At the top of the stairs, you'll find the marble-tiled bathroom. It has an enclosed glass shower/tub, large vanity, and built-in storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a portable magnifying lighted mirror, a hair dryer, and a clothes steamer.

There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Each bed has a brand new Nectar mattress/pillows and Brooklinen bedding that will make you wish you could stay even longer. Extra linens are also available. The first bedroom has a tv, free-standing storage, and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom has a bench, closet, and laundry space that you can use anytime.

No Smoking- We do not allow smoking/vaping in the home or front porch.
No Pets- We've decided to make this home pet-free for our guests.
Limit Noise- Please consider our neighbors. No events or parties.
Avoid Damage- Treat our home and belongings appropriately.
Be Mindful- No flushable items, paper towels, feminine products, etc. No open flames or candles.

Cleaning:
We sanitize high-touch surfaces down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. We refer to cleaning checklists to clean each room thoroughly. We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.
