The main floor has a stylish living room and dining room with high cathedral style ceilings. The living room and the big kitchen have 2 full walls of glass doors that look out into the epic garden and yard. So when you are sitting in the comfy living room or kitchen you also feel like you are sitting out in the garden! This provides the kitchen and living room an abundant amount of natural light.

The second floor hosts the primary bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area, closet, a view that looks out over the garden and a private ensuite bathroom with new shower and tile floors. The second bedroom has a sitting area, two closets, a private porch with comfy chairs and umbrella overlooking the entire garden. It’s a great place to watch the sunrise and set if you want more privacy for just 2. It also has it’s own full bath with a tub located right outside the bedroom door.

Choose from several magical spots around the property to relax and play… Take in a sound bath from the huge wind chimes while sitting under the 100 year old oak tree. Enjoy the old growth roses climbing up arbors and a life size horse sculpture covered in vines and fragrant flowers. Chill on the luxurious outdoor stone patio that provides lounging and dining for 6. Tell the kids to go play in the natural sandbox, wooden play structure, or numerous nature fortes or take a swing in either of the 2 tree swings. OR lounge under the 100 year Oak tree on a large cushy couch and stare up into lush green leaves while you ponder what you want to explore around Asheville. Note: the property manager lives in the separate, private apartment in the front part of the building.
