There is a Master room with a Queen-Sized Bed, and Living Room with 1 Comfortable Queen Pullout Sofa Bed to choose from topped with fresh sheets to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Unpack and make yourself at home and enjoy the sparkling bathroom stocked with all the essentials and fluffy towels so you don’t have to bring anything along. Indulge in a warm bath or shower after a long day and watch your favorite TV shows in your own private space.

Note: We provide shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishes soap, toilet paper, paper towel, filtered water, Nespresso or other capsules, salt/pepper, sugar etc. complimentary for the first days of your stay/arrival. However, if you run out of any of these you have to buy it since everything was provided as a compliment to you (will not be replaced throughout your stay).

★GUESS ACCESS★

Guests have the entire condo to themselves for maximum privacy. You will have private use of the entire condo and screened lanai which overlooks the lake. The entire condo is dedicated to you while you are there, shared pool area and gym. The whole condo is available to the guest and is totally private. Key-Fobs are provided to use the amenities.

★OTHER THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING★

"The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is not elevator in the building".

Important: HOA approval is required for all rentals, and bookings must be made at least 15 days before check-in.

I will help coordinate the HOA process, including the rental agreement, online application, and required fee. Guests must provide the requested information promptly so approval can be completed before arrival.

A $100 HOA application/background check fee applies to each adult age 18 and older.

We require a photo ID on the guest responsible for the booking in order to verify that the ID matches the profile and you meet my minimum age requirement. After reservation you must submit in message names of guests and photo copy of driver’s licenses or any other ID’s photo (submit photos of the front and back). For international guests, a passport is required in addition to any other forms of ID.

If you will have a vehicle during your stay, please provide such details such as car model and photo of license plate. All guest to pre register/before arriving for HOA approval. Additionally, car/light truck is allowed to park, model & license plate also required prior to check in (submit photos of the car/truck and tag).

We have one, actively recording ring doorbell camera overlooking the font door which records video and audio. This device is on the exterior of the property.
