The Space:
This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo combines comfort and convenience, offering a spacious retreat for up to six guests. The kitchen is a perfect spot to whip up meals, featuring full-sized appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave) and all the essentials you need. Gather around the table for six, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the cozy nook for four, or sip your morning coffee on the screened-in patio with a small table.

The living room is the ideal place to unwind, with a convenient sleeper sofa, recliner, loveseat, flat-screen TV, and DVD player—perfect for cozy movie nights. Step outside to the screened-in porch for fresh air and beautiful views, accessible from both the living room and main bedroom. An in-unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze, adding to the condo's convenience.

End your day with a stroll to the private sand area (not a swimmable beach) and take in the breathtaking Florida sunsets, or head just 2.5 miles to Sombrero Public Beach for more coastal fun.

Marathon, Florida, is a gem in the Florida Keys, offering a mix of natural beauty, water activities, and family-friendly attractions. Here are the top 5 things to do in Marathon:

Sombrero Beach – This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Florida Keys, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, picnicking, and watching sea turtles nest during certain times of the year.

The Turtle Hospital – A must-visit for animal lovers, the Turtle Hospital is a rehabilitation center for injured sea turtles. You can take a guided tour, learn about the rescue efforts, and even see the turtles up close.

Dolphin Research Center – This nonprofit facility offers interactive dolphin and sea lion experiences. You can learn about marine conservation and even swim with dolphins in a safe and controlled environment.

Crane Point Museum & Nature Center – Explore this 63-acre nature reserve with hiking trails, a natural history museum, and educational exhibits about the flora, fauna, and history of the Florida Keys.

We recommend a car for this area.

Other Things to Note:
Marathon Key Beach Club boasts of one of the largest pools in the area. It is shared with Banana Bay Resort. Banana Bay Resort offers boat slips and parking for a boat trailer for your convenience. This must be arranged with the dock master directly. Please let us know when you book if this is something you are interested in making arrangements for.

There is a limit of two vehicles per unit. There is not room for oversized vehicles or trailers. Parking for one vehicle per unit is available under each building, a second space will be available on the property.

Books, tennis equipment, board games are available at the office.   

Marathon is home to the Turtle Hospital. A non-profit rescue, rehab, and release facility that is open for tours.  

There are several fishing charter and scuba shops nearby.

Interaction with Guests:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The office will be closed for major holidays unless the major holiday is on Saturday.
