Bright, single-level, and completely step-free, this home sleeps five and sits just minutes from Dania Beach, the buzz of Las Olas Boulevard, and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airport - central to everything South Florida, from the beaches to Miami's nightlife, yet tucked into a quiet, safe neighborhood you'll be glad to come home to. It's built for easy family stays, couples' escapes, and small groups who want the sunshine without the hassle.

The Backyard & Pool
This is where guests spend their time. The private heated pool sits in a fenced, palm-shaded garden with sun loungers and shaded seating - pick a spot in the sun or the shade and let the afternoon disappear. The upper deck has a comfortable seating area, an outdoor dining table for six, and a 3-burner BBQ grill for dinners on the deck. The lower deck, gated and fenced off for added safety around the pool, is wrapped in tropical greenery. String lights make it just as good after dark. Pool towels, beach chairs, and shade are all provided.

Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 5)
Everything is on one level - no stairs anywhere in the home.
- Primary bedroom: king bed with a memory-foam mattress, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, plush linens, and a smart TV
- Second bedroom: queen bed with a memory-foam mattress, steps from the second full bathroom, plus its own smart TV
- Living area: a full-size Murphy bed, perfect for the kids

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms - one en-suite off the primary, one shared - both bright and stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and real cookware - everything you need to cook a proper meal, not just reheat one. Coffee however you take it: drip, French press, or Keurig. Gather around the dining table for six inside, or carry breakfast out to the pool.

Living Space
An open-plan layout with a large, comfortable sectional and ceiling fans, built around a 65-inch smart TV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV - set for movie nights. Fast 450 Mbps Wi-Fi runs throughout.

Traveling with little ones?
We've got you. On request we'll set out a crib with bedding, a high chair, a baby bath, and child-friendly plates, cups, and utensils - so you can pack lighter and settle in faster.

Guest Access
The whole house, backyard, and pool are yours - no shared spaces and no other guests. One closet is kept locked for our cleaning team's supplies, and the enclosed carport isn't available for guest use; everything else is open to you.

Getting In
Self check-in with a smart lock. We'll send your door code before arrival, so you can come and go on your own schedule.

Parking
Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus a level-2 EV charger at no extra charge.

The Neighborhood
Nestled in one of Fort Lauderdale's hidden gems - a quiet, safe, primarily owner-occupied neighborhood with a Florida Keys feel, with the New River and canals just down the street. Peaceful and welcoming, yet minutes from the highways that put all of South Florida within reach.

Getting Around
Uber and Lyft are readily available, but we recommend a rental car to make the most of your visit. The driveway offers ample free parking, and the nearby highways make it easy to explore Fort Lauderdale's beaches and everything South Florida has to offer.

Good to Know
Pool heating is available on request for a small daily fee - $15 per 5°F increase on setup day, then $15/day to maintain. Just let us know before arrival; we'll send a payment request through VRBO and have the pool warm for you once it's confirmed.
The pool is serviced weekly, and a net and skimmer are provided for leaves between cleanings. Please let us know if the water level looks low - it should sit midway up the skimmer opening on the pool wall, and keeping it there protects the equipment. If the pool ever needs attention during your stay, just tell us and we'll take care of it.
