Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We take great pride in having the pool sparkling clean for every guest's arrival. Because of South Florida's weather and seasons, leaves and pollen can sometimes drift into the pool during a stay. Since we don't have staff on-site, we proactively reach out to offer our pool-cleaning robot whenever this happens. Out of respect for our guests' privacy, we never enter the property without confirmation, so we always wait to hear back before coming over. We're always just a message away and happy to help the moment a guest lets us know. We'd love to host you again.

This is such a great place to stay. Everything was very clean and inviting. It was stocked with everything you to be a home away from home. Toys, floats, amply amount of dishes and kids dishes. The pool was clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this rental.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! It truly made our day. We're so happy everything felt like a home away from home — the toys, the floats, and the little kid touches are there to make family stays easy and fun, so it means the world to hear they hit the mark. And nothing beats a clean, refreshing pool in the Florida sun! You were a fantastic guest, and you're welcome back anytime. Maria & Jorge
