Nestled in bustling Lincoln City, the opportunities for fun in the sun are endless! When you aren't taking in the PNW's gorgeous coastline, check out the Salishan Golf Links, Fogarty Creek State Recreation Area, Drift Creek Falls Trail, the Lincoln City Glass Center, and the Lincoln City Outlets. Great food is also abundant in this area, so when you've worked up an appetite, rest assured you'll quickly find something to your liking. For outdoor fun closer to home, you will be just across the street from a park, where you'll find a playground, sand volleyball court, and picnic tables.

Outside enjoy the breezy ocean air from the comfort of the private hot tub, on the porch rocking chairs, or while firing up the grill for a sweet summer barbecue. You will also have access to the community's pool and tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts.

Back at your stay, walk into the spacious living room adorned with soft, ample seating, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. This space flows effortlessly into the adjacent kitchen. So when you aren't testing out the area's local fare, utilize the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Dining will come easy at the sizable breakfast bar, dining table, or even alfresco as a picnic!

The home's bedrooms are all spacious, cozy, and lovingly decorated with mementos to beach life and soft linens. Additionally, inside, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer, making chore time the least of your worries, and children's items such as high chairs, a Pack 'n Play, and child-friendly dishes. A game room/TV room is also available and will be loved by the kids as they tune into their weekend morning cartoons and play a game of foosball or laugh over a board game.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
