Outdoor charcoal grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels (6) , a wagon to help transport to and from the beach. A picnic table in the shade. Fenced in backyard. Patios on front and back of house. The property will be inspected prior to your arrival and after your check-out. By staying with us, you are agreeing to the following. Any deviation of these rules may result in termination of your stay without refund and possible extra fees.

- Please be respectful to the home
- No Pets Allowed
- No Smoking or Vaping Allowed anywhere on the property
- If you use the grill, you must clean it after use.
- No Overnight Guests that were not included in the original reservation. Extra guests will create liability issues and may be asked to leave. Extra guests will be subject to extra nightly charges.
- No Parties Allowed - If there is evidence of a party, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the rest of your stay. Damages and excessive dirtiness will result in extra fees.
- The inside furniture must not be moved and must stay inside the home.
- Please keep property, all furniture, fixtures, and misc items in the same state and condition as the beginning of your stay.
- Beach chairs, toys, wagons must stay outside and stored in the storage unit. Please do not bring these items inside the home.
- Please minimize noise from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Failure to check-out by 10:00 am may result in an extra fee.
- Leaving the home with excessive dirtiness or untidiness may result in an extra fee.
- Please notify Joe of any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to make any repairs or modifications to the home.
