Conveniently located in the Stadium district, the house is within walking distance to Ruston, Old Town, 6th Ave, and downtown Tacoma. Make your commute simple with nearby access to the freeway.

With a local grocery store, parks, cafes, restaurants, and taverns you will have endless options for entertainment all walkable from the suite.

Featuring a queen and full-sized bed with a full and 3/4 personal bathroom, you are sure to have plenty of space.

Enjoy comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, and stay entertained with a smart TV equipped with Netflix, and Hulu.

The kitchenette offers dinette seating for 4 and a cooking area featuring all top-of-the-line appliances; double induction cooktop, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, and air fryer/toaster.

Enjoy private access to the front porch and enjoy drinking coffee or just hang out and watch the people of the neighborhood.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay at Casa de Teresa! Everything was very clean and as represented on the website. We walked to the sound, to coffee shops and to the University of Puget Sound, where our daughter is at school. Would stay again!

Great short stay location

Enjoyed so much Casa de Teresa. Clean, comfortable for two people, terrific location. To make amazing even better for a longer stay (at least for me) a larger kitchen. Overall highly highly recommend!

-Easy check in and out process. -Good location. -Good communication with the host. -Decent place to stay if you aren’t planning on spending a lot of time there and needing to cook meals, as described in the listing there is only a kitchenette.

Great stay

The place was great! The rooms were spacious, the house was very clean, and the neighborhood was lovely. We had no issues our entire stay. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was that there was a mini fridge rather than a full sized fridge, but that was on us for not looking at the available pictures of the kitchen more closely.

I appreciate your kind review and am pleased to hear you enjoyed the home. * the fridge is a a smaller fridge but is not a mini fridge. The size 3.4 cu ft and has a freezer. There is plenty of room for visitors. Probably not ideal for a 24 pack of Bud Light as the cube won't fit ;)

Plenty of space, great neighborhood

I was here with a friend and it was a perfect spot for two bedrooms and a living room to hang out in. Please note that it is not a full kitchen - but there are no shortage of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. Great neighborhood, very pretty.

Wonderful place!

The place was very comfortable and had all the necessities! The shower was especially great with the rain shower head. We all slept well, the beds were very comfortable. Also, we really enjoyed the front porch where we had our morning coffee and evening drink. The neighborhood feels safe, close to downtown, 6th Ave and the bay. Even though there were heat advisories on the days we were there, the house stayed cool and comfortable. There is also a fan that can be used if needed.

Historic Craftsman Home close to UPS

Well appointed historic craftsman home with hardwood floors and kitchenette. Beds were comfortable and the place had a nice private feel. The owner accommodated our needs during a heat wave by bringing us a portable air conditioner, since her planned A/C hadn't been installed yet. Overall a nice place to stay and it was only 2-3 minutes to UPS where my daughter is going to college.

Pacific NW visit

Centrally located in a picturesque and historic neighborhood, close to highways, stores and restaurants, this house served our needs well. The key storage is a bit painful to use and wish it was a direct numeric keypad lock. All of the other utilities work fine despite the historic nature of the property and the kitchenette is an added bonus for quick and simple food/drink prep tasks.
