Great Stay

Jenell’s condo was perfect for my needs. It was thoughtfully furnished and decorated and was very comfortable. Jenell was a fantastic host. She was very kind and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again given the opportunity.

This unit was a perfect location for our National Park vacation. It was clean, quite, and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great Place and Location

Property is perfect for 2. This is our second stay and we will stay again on our next trip to beautiful Tacoma and the Dome. The Host is most helpful, accommodating, and never more the a phone call or a text away.

Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again.

Great Place to Stay in Tacoma

We rented this for a concert weekend in Tacoma. If you are attending anything at LeMay- The Car Museum or at the Tacoma Dome, this is the place to stay. We were able to walk to the concert each day with no problem and it was so convenient. The place itself is clean and perfect. Check-in was a breeze.

Nice and clean

The condo was nice and clean, and the property owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The only thing that I wasn’t perfectly happy with was that some of the areas around the property were a little bit sketchy. Immediately surrounding the condo is fine, but if you walked too far off, you would have some areas that you felt a bit unsafe. Although, that’s kind of to be expected whenever you stay near any downtown.

Pleasant stay. Good for a weekend, not for a long term.

Nice, pleasant, relatively safe place with pretty easy access to downtown and within 2.5 hours of all 3 National Parks and a local park right across the street. Tough for a long stay or people who work a lot. -Wifi is not even in the unit. It’s next door and it was spotty the entire month we were there. Never caused a huge issue but was a constant annoyance. -AC doesn’t really reach the bedroom so it was warm every night for us (but we like it cold). -Appliances are the noisiest we’ve had. Literally difficult to hold a conversation, use the TV, hold a meeting or even sleep if even one of those things is running. None of the above is a huge deal, and the manager was always good about trying to help and communicate, but over the course of a month it all wears thin. Nice place for a short stay, and if you like the price. Just nowhere close to a 5 star experience.

Nick it was great to host you! I am so very confused about the "appliance" comment? I cleaned the condo today (have owned it for 4 years) along with 6 others in the building... What appliance? It is peaceful there?! Even when I run the washer/dryer, with laundry room doors closed I had NO issue with noise? Please do reach out and let me know what you was happening? The ENTIRE building has central WIFI - again, when you called about bedroom TV being "spotty" I was there within 24 hours with a booster and never heard back from you. This property has 4.8 stars over 100 reviews on Airbnb so this is very disappointing.
