This is a very spacious home in a residential neighborhood, located 5 min drive from the main tourist spots. The house actually has 4 bedrooms, I think it is not advertised as 4 because the fourth bedroom, next to living room, does not have a closet. It was clean and it had all the supplies we needed.

Pleasantly surprised, highly recommend!

Our stay with Vista blue was great from the beginning! Candice was very responsive and communicated with us every step of the way and answered many questions. Easy check in process. The space has been updated from original pictures so that was a pleasant surprise! So much space for our family of 6. House was clean and stocked with all the items you need for a beach vacation which made packing much easier for our large family. We loved that the property was not too far from the downtown fun stuff or beaches.

Spring Break vacation in Turks

First time in Turks and Caicos and we loved it. The house was very well located, close to the beaches and stores. Must have a car however or walking can be too far. Manager was friendly and stay was uneventful. House is spacious and having a washer and dryer was great. I recommend.

Provo, TCI stay

The house was perfect for what we needed for our large family in the Turks and Caicos. The house was very roomy and had 4 rooms with beds (slept 8) so nobody had the couch. Large kitchen and beach chairs were provided. It was close to everything we wanted in Leeward. Communication with the host was easy and prompt!

Excellent value, spacious living at a great location

The Vrbo rental process went very smoothly. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Much more affordable for our family of 5 than staying in a motel or hotel. The 4-bedroom house was spacious, very clean, and modern. The kitchen well stocked with cookware and dishes, which allowed us to fix several of our meals, making our trip more affordable. The location was less than 5 minute drive from our favorite beach. We strongly recommend this rental and will definitely stay there again on a return to TCI.

Before we even got to the island the communication with Candice was perfect. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. The rental unit was absolutely incredible and well laid out. It sleeps 8 but we only had 6. The master bedroom was HUGE. The amount of space in the room as well as closets was great. The walk in shower was amazing too. It has a normal shower head and a rain head. Perfect after coming back from the beach. The other rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone said they felt rested everyday. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and some blow up tubes and lounge for your use. We rented chairs from Trish who is setup at the Flamingo bar right down the road. Very cheap rentals for the day. The house was stocked with laundry soap, dishwasher soap, TP ETC. We replenished what we used and left sunscreen and aloe for the next renters. I can’t say enough about our stay. My family had an incredible experience and we’re already planning when we’ll be back.

House was clean and nice. Neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Cooking pans are worn need replacing. Everything else on the interior was great. The outside grounds could use some care.

Torn on Rating because Owner lives next door she is nice and responds quickly.

Candice was very nice and responded to use quickly through what’s app. However, we ran out of the one roll of paper towels that were provided and was told we had to purchase more ourselves, the toilets stay broken, we weren’t able to flush with out taking off the top and messing with it, there were roaches, worms, ants in the bed, and some other bugs inside the house. Candice did come spray the house with bug spray, and called a plumber but none of these things worked, the a/c keep going out, we had to take cold showers until that was fixed and lastly the dishes provided were dirty. Another thing for me the towels, were blue. I’m use to white to know they been bleached. But the house has huge cracks and holes so it explains the bugs and who knows what else. And there’s a pack of 11 dogs that run up and down the street and comes to the house she stated they’re friendly which they didn’t bother us but still have to be cautious.

Greetings KM, It is unfortunate that KM's experience differed significantly from my other guests'. A few issues (3) were mentioned, and they were all handled. It is also unfortunate that I am learning of some of these issues for the first time as I read the review. When I asked if the reported issues were taken care of, KM's response was ''They are!! The water has been working perfectly since your plumber came by last night, and so far, no problems with the toilets''. At Vista Blue Rentals we pride ourselves on having open and honest communication with our guests and offering excellent customer service.
