The lower level has a separate guest suite with its entrance and deck. The home requires using stairs. There are 33 steps from the main road to the carport and entrance, plus additional stairs inside and outside the property. The home is not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

The main level has 3 Sonos speakers, Brilliant Home device, and Echo Show to play music.

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom suite (762 square feet) which includes a large open room with cathedral ceilings.
