As you step inside and ascend the stairs to the 2nd floor, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area bathed in natural light, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings and large picture windows that frame views of the lush surrounding hillsides and mature redwood trees. The kitchen boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island with bar seating – ideal for entertaining.

Guests have access to the entire home. We provide our guests with contactless self check-in with access to the entire house. Details provided the day before check-in. 6 parking spots are available on the driveway.

We are available by text and phone around the clock. If anything else is needed, we can come over in-person.

Quiet residential neighborhood with lots of big trees. Neighbors are often walking their dogs, jogging, and walking back & forth to town. Cars drive slow.

The driveway has 2 entrances/exits, so no need to backup or turnaround. It can fit 6 or more cars. Driveway is steep; be careful when it's slippery during rainfall.

• This home has 3 flights of stairs. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, primary bedroom on the 3rd floor.

• This home has new radiant heated floors on the 1st and 2nd floors, and in the primary ensuite bathroom. To take advantage of this feature, we ask our guests to remove their shoes.

House Rules:
• No disturbing neighbors: No events/parties allowed. Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors as this is a quiet residential area.
• No pets allowed. If you have a service animal, let us know first.
• No smoking inside or outside ($1,500 fee for deep cleaning)
• No extra overnight guests
• No moving/rearranging furniture
• No worries: no cleaning, no stripping bedsheets, etc. - We are full service and want you to RELAX!

Fee Schedule:
• Shipping for items left behind is $30 for handling, in addition to USPS packaging & postage costs
• Early check-in and late checkout requests: $40 each
• Special requests: $40 in addition to associated material/service costs
• Luggage dropoff/storage: $15
