We were genuinely surprised to read this, as we did not receive any communication about these concerns during your stay—and you had mentioned that you were having a great time. We always encourage guests to reach out in real time so we can promptly address anything that comes up. Had we been notified, we would have taken care of any issues immediately. To address your specific points: Lighting: All primary lighting is functional; if a bulb was out, it’s something we quickly replace when notified. Refrigerator: The refrigerator is in proper working condition. We have not had issues reported before or after your stay, and would have responded right away if alerted. Smoke detectors: Safety is a top priority. The unit is equipped with working detectors, and any concern would have been addressed immediately. Furnishings & cosmetic wear: As with any lived-in home, there may be minor cosmetic imperfections, but the unit is professionally cleaned and maintained between every stay. Parking: Street parking and permit costs are clearly disclosed in the listing so guests can plan accordingly in advance. We take all feedback seriously and will double-check everything mentioned, but this description does not reflect the typical experience of our guests.
