Mein Platz ist in der Nähe von North Ave Beach, Zoo, Lincoln Park und Farmers Markets. Purple Line Starbucks, Zweite Stadt, Zanies Comedy Club, Theater, Museen, Caldwell Lily Pond. Sie werden meinen Platz lieben, weil es 1800 m² Duplex ist, (erste und zweite Etage) zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Waschküche, Kamin, Parkett, Granit, Spülmaschine, zentrale Luft und Wärme. die Nachbarschaft, das bequeme Bett, die voll ausgestattete Küche. Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Solo-Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende,

This property was in an excellent neighboorhood within walking distane of many restaurants, playground, and Lincoln Park Zoo! The house was stylish and clean. The beds were comfortable. It would be difficult for people with mobility issues due to steps into the unit and steps downstairs to the kitchen. It worked well for 4 adults and one child. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Very nice, as expected. The back yard is good for lounging around. Guests should note that there is a lot of stair climbing to do, a common thing in Chicago.

Check in was very straight forward, my host even called ahead to check if I needed any help or info. Parking permits were kindly provided.The house was great, nice and quiet with lots of space. Kitchen had just about everything we needed, plenty of towels in bathrooms, washer and dryer available. Sonia and Bob were very friendly but didn’t intrude, happy to answer all my questions!

This place worked perfectly for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young kids). We loved the neighborhood and felt like part of the community during our three night stay. There was a street fair and movie night while we stayed and so many activities (Lincoln Park zoo, playgrounds, restaurants) within walking distance. Plenty of parking available using the provided street parking pass. Communication with owners was great. Can't recommend this place enough if you want to have a more "local"experience than staying in a hotel in the loop.

Great location, comfortable home

Our family of five had a great experience! Sonia and Bob were very warm and helpful, and the house was perfect for us. The location is great— convenient to the red line, brown line, and several buses.Everything was clean and the beds and other furniture was very comfortable. The WiFi couldn’t handle all five of us being online, but that wasn’t a big deal. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table looks out over the lovely back patio.We’d all highly recommend this house!

We had a lovely stay. Sonia was super helpful as this was our first trip to Chicago. She checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Being from a small town safety is important to me. The neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Great location! We got a lot accomplished on the vacation, this location worked very well and a convenient walk to the zoo! Hosts supplied kitchen items which was very nice. Elderly family noted they didn’t like the set up and stairs were very inconvenient. Hosts self manage and have friendly visits not not all private, & self maintained leading to subpar 3star cleanliness: all bed linens pillowcases were old /stained and.was not a comfortable feeling. WiFi very slow and cable patch downstairs bedroom tv reception poor condition. You need to request parking permits too, Overall great vacation!

Clean and Cozy Home with Attentive Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a clean and well-maintained home located in a lovely neighborhood. The house matched its description perfectly and included some thoughtful toiletries for convenience. A gentle reminder to bring essential items, as a few toiletries were either expired (e.g., aspirin) or close to empty (e.g., body wash/soap pump). The hosts, who live next door, were friendly and attentive, checking in daily to ensure our comfort—sometimes even moments after arriving home. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Great Property with Lots of Space

Visited Chicago to spend time with our boys who live there. The property is located close to the lake, restaurants and a shopping area. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen and else where. The owners were kind enough to welcome us and see if we needed anything. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog.

Excellent Residence

Spacious and well furnished, with many hospitable touches. Very residential area, with a few good restaurants a walkable distance away. Convenient on-street parking. Note: there is a narrow circular staircase between floors that could be difficult for some people.

Great location, ample space!

Great spot to stay near Old Town! Walkability and access to bus and El was excellent. Worth noting that the owner lives in the unit above the rental and was a little too communicative (including coming into the unit itself). While they were very friendly, I would have preferred to know this in advance (as I put a high value on privacy). On the other hand, if anything had gone wrong, I am sure it would've been fixed quickly. Finally, the mattress on the main level was thin memory foam so you could feel the bed frame underneath. This wasn't a big deal, but something I'd want to see in a review.Overall, I would absolutely stay here again for the ample space and prime location! If you're visiting Chicago, Old Town is a great neighborhood.
