Amazing Riverview - Central Downtown - Parking

Amazing Riverview is located in one of the BEST spots in downtown Wilmington! You will be staying on Water Street right across from the Battleship and can explore the best places downtown! Take the water taxi, tour the Battleship NC, or walk to great restaurants, bars, or museums! Conveniently close to all the downtown wedding venues.

This condo features an open concept living and dining area with amazing views of the Cape Fear River and the Battleship North Carolina. The kitchen has all the basics you'd need to enjoy a meal in as well as bar seating for 2. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and closet space for your clothes. There's a spacious bathroom with large vanity space as well as a washer and dryer for use during your stay. The best feature of the condo is the good size, covered balcony that overlooks the river. It's the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or end your evening with a nightcap.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and balcony. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded access door, and guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next door to the building.

Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal - easy walking distance to so many restaurants. Instructions and communication were great. And the parking pass was for the lot right next door. This was the perfect place for our visit.

Great location, cute setup and perfect for what we needed. My husband and I were staying over night for a wedding at the Elia and it was literally a 2 min walk which absolutely perfect. Owners were great with communication.

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location to downtown Wilmington without having to worry about constantly finding parking. Early check-in was accommodated and very much appreciated. Communication was wonderful with the hosts as well. We would definitely stay again!

A great spot!!

Absolutely loved the coziness of this place! Would be perfect for a couples getaway, right on the water in the heart of downtown with food options galore within walking distance. The best part is the free parking, one less thing to worry about on the trip! Shout out to the hosts as well, if I had a question, they would respond almost immediately every time! Would definitely recommend!!

Location location location!

This is a great location to be a tourist in Wilmington. The view of the battleship is wonderful and access to the riverwalk with all of it's shops and eateries and views was so convenient and helped us to avoid any driving while there. Parking is at a premium in the area and it is provided on site. That was a huge plus. The condo is perfect for a couple and met all of our needs. Would definitely rent again.

The view from the balcony was perfect! This is the highlight of this property. The kitchen was fine with an adequate supply of cups/plates and utensils. The couch is very outdated and is very uncomfortable. There is only one lamp in the entire living room space. The overhead lighting is fine; however. a floor lamp near the couch for reading would be nice. The provided tabletop freezer is not working. The bathroom door does not close. There is something wrong with the strike plate and the door will not close. Not good for privacy. Additionally, There are only two curtain panels at the sliding glass doors, so you cannot close the curtains for complete privacy.The website states there is a TV in the bedroom….there is not. The unit is in need of a “deep-clean” and had a “earthy” odor. We would not stay at this property again.

First off this place feels cheap, and the couch remarkably uncomfortable. The bed is alright but make sure you bring headphones b/c the HVAC is located inside the bedroom and is LOUD all night long. Kitchen was DIY remodeland whole place feels outdated. Location is awesome but that is the only thing going well on this place. Would not recommend. Just get a hotel.

Cozy and great location

The river view is amazing and the location is great! It is close to anything you need…restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc... The river walk is awesome. My wife and I stayed here for a week while I was in town on business. We rated the cleanliness a 3 because the balcony has apparently been visited by birds and they decided to mark their location. That was a space we intended to spend time but didn’t because of the bird droppings. I’m not entirely sure what even could be done to deter them. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely come back.

Perfect base for exploring historic waterfront

The perfect place to stay to explore the historic Wilmington riverfront. Lots of shops and restuarants within a few blocks. And the river view from the balcony is amazing. I sat outside on the comfy furniture and watched the sunset as sailboats floated by below. The apartment is cozy - the perfect size for a couple. Nicely furnished and VERY clean. One caution: the parking is in a public lock right next door to the apartment. It's convenient - very close to the building door - and we had no problem finding a spot. But it is NOT a reserved spot and I don't know how challenging it might be to find a spot in that lot during the busy season. So, just something to be aware of.
