Our hotel consists of two buildings, the North and South, that can be your home away from home as you experience how it feels to be a local. Our North building features rooms with contemporary design and convenient in-suite kitchenettes. The South Building offers a traditional hotel atmosphere influenced by modern Spanish design. Whether you prefer modern aesthetics or a traditional Spanish-influenced design, our property provides accommodations for each traveler all within close walking distance to downtown, the beach and nearby shops.

The pool is heated from March through November.

The ideal accommodations for an extended stay or romantic weekend getaway, our spacious king suite is fully-equipped for the vacation of your dreams. Rest easy on a triple-sheeted king-sized bed with soft, luxurious pillows. Relax with your favorite TV show on the room's flat-screen TV, or unwind in the whirlpool tub. This hotel suite in Laguna Beach also comes equipped with a sleeper sofa.

This unit requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
