This exceptionally clean and pet friendly property sleeps 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The large kitchen and eating area open up to the large gathering room with corner stone gas fireplace, making it perfect for family or groups of friends. Guests can unwind and relax in the hot tub or enjoy a meal on the wraparound partially covered deck while taking in the natural wooded splendor. The gas grill and firepit add to the outdoor experience and provide a great place to gather and make memories. This home has been completely renovated inside and out in 2023! All beds and furniture as well. Our property is ideally located within 20 miles of beautiful Hocking Hills! So bring your hiking boots and fur buddy. You won't be disappointed!

It was a very nice, cozy space! Very clean and homey, we felt so relaxed and comfortable over the weekend! Our only concern was the lack of curtains or shades downstairs - it was very open with nothing to cover the kitchen and back of house windows. Other than that we were so impressed and so enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, big bedrooms with good mattresses. The great room and kitchen is very big with large dining table for families. Upstairs bedroom loft has 4 twin beds. Great for kids. Only thing is there is no door at top of steps if you have little ones. Dog friendly and I highly recommend.

This was a great weekend away with our adult kids. The home was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We spent most of our day time at Hocking Hills hiking. It's a bit too far to go back and forth to the park but a good distance if you want to stay at park for several hours and then be away from other people and have quiet and privacy. We spent time around fire making pizza pies, hot dogs and S'mores enjoyed the hot tub and the guys were able to check the college football scores periodically also. Quality family time.

Made our weekend

My husband buried his mom Friday. So I talked him into going. The funeral was in Ashland Ohio. So we did a lot of driving ( to and back from Lima ). As soon as we got there, we sat out on the patio and he started talking about the day. He was relaxing and thanked me over and over. It was originally supposed to be a girls weekend away. Wonderful Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is great and not too far from restaurants. We were also able to find a really fun arcade in Columbus we stopped at before arriving to the house, it was worth the stop and gave the kids a break from the drive! The house was large enough for our kids so we didn't feel cramped and they felt like they had their own space. The location has a remote feel but the security of some neighboring houses. Definitely wanting to return in the summer!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is cozy and roomy, and the backyard was perfect! Our kids said it was their favorite vaca of the summer. We also appreciated the little touches for our dog…dog towels at the door, a food and water bowl, and dog blankets for the furniture!

Wonderful home

We stayed at John’s home starting the day after Christmas. It was such a beautiful and clean home. Every small detail was taken care of. Beds were very comfortable and the kids loved sleeping upstairs all in one room. Kitchen had everything we needed including a Kuerig and a traditional coffee pot. Hot tub was great and the view of the woods behind the house was nice. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend.
