Loved our stay. Location was quiet but still within walking distance of restaurants, etc. Place was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Best location to stay

I love how you can leave the bedroom and sit right on the outdoor porch on the bay. 10 min walk to the beach. I text the host and got a response within second. I love this place and I will try to come every year if the host will have me.

Great place to stay! Quiet community with lovely pool. Super easy walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Condo could use some extra cleaning as there were areas with a lot of dust. Blinds in bedroom need some repairs too.

A lovely place for a vacation

Ambience was lovely. Enjoyed sitting on deck and canal view. Location was perfect: within walking distance to the pool, beach, restaurants, and shopping.

The views of sunrise and sunset were amazing. The owners had everything needed for a comfortable stay (whether enjoying the bay, beach or pools). The location was perfect for our short family get-a-way! It was accessible to every activity we planned.

Place was nice. Some items were a little out dated but still nice. The pools were great also. Very convenient to the place where we were staying! A little more lighting would be good.

Ladies Trip

Place was perfect for our trip. The two bedroom was comfortable. The quick walk to the pool area was just right also. The walk to the beach was a little more so we drove. Got lucky with close parking. Only went one time as the wave are so strong. The boardwalk was a quick drive but you can take the bus. Tim and Steven were so quick to call us back as we couldn't find the building. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your "Our Happy Place". Can't wait to go back.

Great layout, nice view

Stayed here for an extended relaxing weekend. The house has a great layout for accommodating two couples with each having their own bathrooms and common living and kitchen areas in-between the rooms. The beds are comfortable and there are full length mirrors for getting ready. There is a large deck that overlooks the bay which is perfect for morning coffee. The location is quiet and friendly with an easy 10 min walk to the beach. The host was polite friendly and quickly responded to my questions. We enjoyed our time and would book this again!

Our happy place made us very happy.

Great rental in the property we always stay at. First floor room with easy access. Beautiful view of the sunset and the bay from the covered back porch. Modern furnishings with large smart flat TV in living room. Both bedrooms have queen size beds that were very comfortable. Kitchen very nice with new appliances. Both bathrooms were clean with showers. Pool passes included or just a short walk to the beach. Located in an area with many fine restaurants and shops. We will be staying there next year.

The condo was really exactly what anybody would want in Ocean City. The condo was clean, conveniently located less than a half mile from a Food Lion, half mile from the beach, and lots of places to eat nearby. At night, the area is quiet and safe and perfect to unwind after a day at the beach. I loved having a porch right up against the inlet docks, perfect for enjoyed a glass of wine and listening to music. The condo itself was clean and ready to go when we arrived. When I texted the owner with questions about arrival, he responded quickly. Everything was fantastic.

Out performed expectations!!!

Property was just what we needed for a family stay. We had a dance competition in town and stayed 5 days. We used both pools so don’t forget towels and pool noodles. Unit was a 2 minute walk to the pool. Balcony views are beautiful and better than advertised. Actually the pictures downplay the unit and amenities. Just don’t forget towels and bed linens. I didn’t pay attention to the email about a month before. If I was in town again I would definitely stay again and we are going to miss having coffee on the balcony every morning. Communication with Tim was great down to restaurant recommendations.

NICE BUT NOT CLEAN

Our stay was in a nice community with a great pool and close to everything needed. The downfall was the cleanliness of condo. Pillows offered where stained, so much that we went and bought our own pillows. The kitchen rug and door rug were very disgusting. The carpet in living needs a good shampoo. There were damp-rids places through out and cabinets smelled of mildew. The ac was controlled and on 75 degrees our entire stay. We called about ac and receiver acted as the thought they had no clue as to what was wrong. Also many mouse droppings in dresser drawers.

UPDATE: we personally inspected the property and found no evidence of mice or any other pests. Nor have we ever had a problem with this in the 12 years we’ve owned the property. All pillows and rugs were replaced with new ones. We’re sorry to hear about these issues. We will be at the property today to immediately look into all items before our next guests arrive. Please note, we have reached out and would love to chat with you directly too. Regarding the ac, it appeared that it started working while we were on the phone. I ended the call with please let me know if you have any additional problems. When I didn’t hear from you again, I assumed all was well. Thanks again for bringing matters to our attention. Rest assured, all will be looked into and dealt with appropriately and immediately.
