When you arrive at our home, you'll enter through the screened-in porch on our front patio. On the porch, you'll find a high-top table with two barstools overlooking the yard, an l-shaped couch, a hanging egg chair, string lights and a hammock. This has to be our favorite 'room' in the house!



When entering through the front door, the first thing you'll notice is our stunning log cabin walls, corrugated ceilings and cabin-like decor. Straight ahead, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen with rustic wooden cabinetry, plenty of storage, and an island with barstool seating. To the right, you'll see our living space with an overstuffed sectional, a 44-inch Hisense Roku TV and plenty of natural light. Between these two spaces, you'll find an electric fireplace, perfect for heating the home.



At the end of the day, settle into one of our luxury beds:

(1) Up the spiral staircase in the loft, you'll find a King-size bed, hanging rod for clothes, and nearby bathroom

(2) In the living room, you can pullout the couch into a Full-size bed. Our bathroom with laundry can also be found on the main floor.



Back outside, we invite you to enjoy our screened-in porch, large patio, hot tub, fire pit and SWEEPING mountain views! If you're looking to get out and enjoy the Ozark Mountains, travel 20 minutes down the road to Devil's Den State Park, where you'll find hiking and river activities. You can also head 5 minutes down the road to enjoy the West Fork River, walking trails and picnic areas at Riverside Park.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ Although we recognize how important a role pets can play in each of our lives, we ask that you please refrain from bringing your pets to this property in order to protect the health of those with pet allergies!

★ Please note that the driveway leading to the road is steep, and all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4-wheel drive (4WD) vehicles are highly recommended.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
