The space
This 4-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (or more with approval). Each King Suite features large windows, renovated modern bathrooms, comfortable mattresses & plush bedding with cooling, breathable sheets.

The sitting area with a queen pullout couch is perfect for kids or room for extra guests. With plenty of additional space in the 2nd floor suite there is plenty of room for a pack n’ play or air mattress to accommodate more guests.

Enjoy the MASSIVE 1200 sq ft game room situated in an additional dwelling unit next to the home. Guests can compete in games on the full size ping pong and pool tables, indoor corn hole, or video games on the large screen. Hang out in the sitting area listening to tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. Game room includes a bathroom for convenience, multiple board games, mini fridge & more. This space has everything you need for an epic game night!

The picturesque outdoor space is wonderfully designed with a large hot tub, fire pit with free firewood, an outdoor dining area, a large screened porch, and more. You can sit back relax in any of the numerous outdoor areas while cooking at the gas grill!

Owls Nest is CENTRALLY LOCATED in a quiet, highly sought-after area in southeast Asheville / North Fletcher area. Short driving distance to everything Asheville; Arden & The Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer! Asheville has around 40 breweries such as French Broad, Wicked Weed, New Belgium, Highland, Hillman, Burial, and Asheville Brewing Company. Get outside for some great hiking, biking, kayaking. Check out the Biltmore House, Grove Park, River Arts District, NC Arboretum. The home is 10-20 min to almost everything in Asheville.

The hot tub is cleaned between each guest.

Check in any time after 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. You can enjoy the entire space, with easy access through the front door equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.

You can park 5-6 cars in the large driveway. The garage is not accessible to vehicles since it’s where the game room is located.
By using the hot tub, I acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to drowning, heat-related illness, chemical burns, and injury. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages and release The homeowner and their associates from all liability. I confirm that the area is safe, and if I feel otherwise, I will leave immediately. I understand the hot tub is not suitable for pregnant women, children, or those with medical conditions without consulting a physician. Use is limited to 15 minutes at a time, and alcohol/drug use is prohibited. I agree to follow all safety instructions provided, including maintaining cleanliness and properly closing the cover after use. I waive all rights to legal claims for injuries or property damage and understand this agreement remains in effect during all future uses of the hot tub. I agree to be liable for any damages caused by negligence or recklessness and to cover any related costs.
