Hola Paul. Thanks for the review. Could you please let us know why you only gave us a 4 star. We want the best experience for our guests. Please let us know what we can do to earn 5 stars next time. Also, we wish you would have let us know about the dishwasher when you noticed it wasn't working. It's already been replaced and working for the next guest. Hopefully next time we can earn 5 stars.

The TV was on at check-in with an advertisement for VLE and music playing. You can't tell me that 8 people over 4 days never used the TV in the living room. That is something else. Some people are better humans than others I guess. This is my response for not paying for what you damage as a guest. That’s crazy. We own/manage 20 high end rentals here in Cabo. This is only the 2nd time a guest has not paid for damage they caused. You know that TV worked upon your arrival as it was ON with VLE’s advertisement. I’m 100% sure you didn’t do it, but someone in your group of 8 did damage that TV. Both Maintenance at VLE and upon trying to use warranty at Costco, confirmed the screen was damaged by a punch or hit with something else. We’re not asking you for reimbursement at this point. And this is no means a scam in any way as you say. Let’s let KARMA play its role. Best of luck with your future travels. Hopefully you will learn respect along the way. And hopefully know one else has to deal with you on a personal level.
