Imagine waking up every day with the view of the Mediterranean! 5 minutes access to the beach and Barcelona city center. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES, FRIENDS, COUPLES AND BUSINESS TRAVELLERS..In this fabulous 3 bedroom you can enjoy your stay in the city in style!
This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom is located just across the marina, very close to La Rambla, El Born and 5 minutes to the beach.
A brand new development including the furnishings. Although it is renovated in a modern way, it has a unique history. It is said that Cervantes, the famous Spanish writer stayed there when he was in Barcelona, for that reason the building is named after him.
THE SPACE
The flat is tastefully furnished and decorated with soft tones and wooden finishes, which give it a modern touch. It is newly built, with modern elements but preserving the charm of the period, such as the Catalan vaulted ceilings.
The day area has a beautiful and spacious dining - living room and an elegant kitchen fully equipped with high end appliances such as fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also has enough storage area and cupboards to keep everything you need.
The sleeping area has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 private suite including a built-in wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower. A double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a single bedroom with built-in wardrobe. The flat also has another complete bathroom with shower.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning, heating and double glazed windows to guarantee comfort at any time of the year. It also has high speed internet.
Located in one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Barcelona, close to the main points of interest of the district, which has an impressive architecture and lots of shops and charming markets, a few minutes from Plaza Catalunya, the Soho House, Liceu Theatre, Passeig De Gracia and very well connected to any point of the city. 7 minutes walk to Drassanes Station. Easy to get around via taxi, metro and bus.
The apartment is the best place for exploring Barcelona. You will have everything you need for a fantastic stay!
