Great vacation rental!

We loved our week vacation here.The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hottub was very nice to. Home is perfectly located to make day trips to the oter keys too.

Perfect for our fishing trip

Place was great, BBQ for dinner, a spot to park and wash our boat each night as we were on a fishing trip. Will be back for sure.

Secure private stay

Our stay at this rental was a 10 star plus. It was very clean and we felt it had all of the conveniences to make our stay one to remember. My wife and would highly recommend this rental.

Sandy’s Conch Cottage

Clean, quiet, centrally located

We stayed for a week in early June. House is clean and well stocked with anything you’d need to cook a meal. Plenty of towels and having a washer and dryer helps you pack less. Neighbors are quiet. We would stay here again. We didn’t see the mask and snorkels in the laundry room until out last day. There are lots of beaches to drive to and snorkel for free or pay for the state parks.

Little Piece of Heaven

This place is so cozy and incredibly cute! It felt so much like home and we didn't want to leave! Perfect location to everything in Marathon! They provided all the necessary things to cook a good meal. The hot tub was a huge plus after a long day too! Don't hesitate to book, it is a fabulous place! I cannot wait to return! Restful & Stylish Retreat - Great Location!

WOW! This is truly a fabulous place to stay! We were hoping that this home would be somewhat close to our high expectations (based on the photos and our communications with the owner) but expectations were not only satisfied but far exceeded. They have done a wonderful job making this cottage a home away from home. The interior is sunny and inviting - and the exterior is equally wonderful: beautifully landscaped, private, and peaceful, with multiple seating areas to relax and enjoy the warm weather for meals, reading, napping, and of course the jacuzzi. The home is thoughtfully put together with all the amenities and kitchen accessories that you need to feel comfortable for your stay, be it a few nights or longer. It's the best combination of hotel and home: clean and uncluttered, yet very personal, stylish, and very well thought out. Bonus: owners are wonderful to communicate with - quick and responsive!

The 3 of us had a great stay

Sandy's place was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean. they did a very nice job with the cottage renovation and it just felt comfy. We liked the gentle beach vibe. We used the grill for fresh fish 2 evenings and we used the hot tub once. The hot tub cleaning crew even came during our stay so you know its clean. Marathon is a great location to access lots of Keys locations. We flew into Key West and spent parts of 3 days there but also had easy access to Theatre by the Sea, (north about 30 min), some really good restaurants and grills, grocery shopping, a nice small local beach and other fun stuff. The host was very responsive to any questions and gave us a couple of gentle reminders about setting out trash and stuff that were very appreciated. Overall I highly recommend this host and property and would gladly book again.

Tranquil Paradise

This house is simply AMAZING, the pictures are very accurate and it is even better in person! Sandra's communication is top notch and the recommendations she provides for beaches, restaurants, bars, things to do, etc are also top notch. We booked this house for our honeymoon and are already looking at booking it again for a vacation with another couple next year. The location is perfect to all of the keys so it makes for very easy day trips. It also is near great restaurants, if you prefer to make your own meals there is an excellent grill and the kitchen is fully stocked to make your meals there. We normally are sad to pack up at the end of the day on the beach, however, with this house we weren't! We knew we were heading "home" to sit in the tranquil back yard, enjoying the island feel with the landscape, swaying in the hammock, and sitting in the hot tub. We honestly never wanted to leave! You can tell that Sandra put a lot of effort and personal touches into the house to make you feel welcomed. The decor is great, the furniture is comfortable, sometimes we worry about the bed in rentals, however the king bed was very comfortable and neither of us had any back pains. We still talk about how comfortable the bed was! The house is fully stocked with items you may need (or at least enough to get you started). I cannot say it enough, the house is simply amazing, you feel like you are at home. We cannot wait to return! Thank you Sandra.
