🌴 The Home:

Treetops is spread across four open-air levels, thoughtfully connected by breezeways that frame the stunning central courtyard and gardens. Every room opens to sweeping views of both the Caribbean Sea and the green canopy of Roatán’s hills.

Lower Ground Level:

A private garden path leads to a tucked-away suite with queen bed, rain shower, mini bar, and jungle views—ideal for guests seeking quiet and privacy.

Main Level:

Enter through Treetops’ signature breezeway into a welcoming open-air lounge with a daybed and sweeping sea views. A fully updated kitchen with modern appliances and wine fridge opens onto a colorful dining room and living area. French doors lead to the outdoor fountain, gardens, plunge pool, and pagoda. This level also includes a twin bedroom (convertible to king) with a cozy window seat and jungle views.

Upper Level:

The primary suite features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious master bath with jetted tub and open air-shower. Across the breezeway is another guest suite with its own private deck and open-air rain shower overlooking the jungle.

Top Level (The Watchtower):

Climb to the top for unmatched 360° views of Roatán’s vibrant jungle and sparkling sea—your perfect perch for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

🏝 Beach & Location:

Just a short stroll down the road lies a secluded beach with shallow swimming areas protected by mangroves—ideal for snorkeling or simply floating under the sun. Treetops is located in the peaceful Brick Bay community, centrally positioned between French Harbor and Coxen Hole. Groceries, banks, shops, and restaurants are just minutes away. West End and West Bay beaches are a scenic 20–25 minute drive via the island’s north shore.

Whether you're relaxing by the fountain as hummingbirds flutter past, gathering with friends in the open-air living room, or exploring the island’s rich culture and marine life, Treetops Roatán is your unforgettable escape into Caribbean magic.

Guests have full access to the entire house and property.

The beach is an easy 5 minute walk from the house. At the bottom of the driveway take a left back to the fork and follow the path / signs to Curación Beach Resort. This beach is private, with access only available to hotel guests and those living or staying in the community. It offers spectacular swimming and snorkeling spots. If you want to wade further out in the water for snorkeling, we recommend wearing water shoes.

We have a local property manager who lives close by and can be reached 24/7 and will help you at any point during your stay with reservations, recommendations or any other needs you may have.

Located in a private community in Brick Bay, surrounded by acres of jungle and a private beach, Treetops is centrally located between French Harbor and Coxen Hole, close to all the necessities you could want groceries, hardware stores, banks, restaurants, shops and Roatan's international airport is only ten minutes away. Tourist attractions in West End and West Bay are a smooth 20-25 minute drive via the north shore road.

There is a private driveway with plenty of parking on premises, you can rent a car from Thrifty or one of the many local rental car establishments by the airport or we have a local driver you can book directly with if you prefer not to drive.

We have a full time property manager on call to help with any needs you may have 24/7

Our cleaning lady comes weekly or daily upon request and a gardener 2x a week, this service is included in the cost of your stay but can be removed/modified upon request.

Housekeeping: Fresh, clean linens and towels are included as well as toiletries such as soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We offer beach towels, snorkeling equipment, cozy throw blankets, board games, puzzles, sonos sound system and books to enjoy during your stay.

Houseware: We have dinnerware and glassware to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Access: The entire house, garden, and private beach area and roped off ocean swimming area are yours to enjoy with your rental.

Electricity: There is AC all the guest rooms and the home is designed with screened windows and doors, ceiling fans and breezeways to keep each room cool and breezy through the year.

Drinking Water: We have filtered water throughout the house, and a bottled water cooler in the kitchen for drinking water as well.

Wifi: hi speed wifi is available at the house.

Security: Treetops is part of a small private enclave in Brick Bay, accessed by a single road off the main highway in Roatan. The entrance gate on the road is staffed 24 hours a day. The property itself has a security system.

The house has one 32’ inch smart TV with cable in the Master suite armoire but can be moved to another room upon request.

Because of the open nature of the estate and collection of art and antiques found throughout the home, we kindly ask that you monitor those guests under the age of 12 while staying at the property.
