The property owner will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Balconies and stairs present an inherent danger. You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. Owners of the property assume no responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use.

Maintenance

It is important for us that the property is maintained in good repair. Maintenance providers may access the property for the purposes of repairing previously reported issues, or for routine items such as lawn care. We strive to be as unobtrusive as possible while performing these tasks and will provide as much notice as possible in case maintenance needs to be performed. We appreciate your patience.
