House was clean and as described in listing. We came the week of Christmas and the host had decorated the house for the holiday including a Christmas tree. There were even fresh cut flowers and a pecan pie left for us. Hot tub was perfect. House is very close to everything you would need. Grocery store is only 5 mins away. It was also nice having a garage so you don't have to worry about cleaning snow off the car.

The place is in a good location for Anchorage and easy to get in and out of the property. The garage was big enough for our rental SUV so that was a bonus. The house was clean and maintained well, maybe a little dated in the bathrooms but not bad. We did not use the hot tub so cannot review that. The only thing I didn’t like was the owner showing up unexpectedly after we had already arrived. This was not arranged or talked about ahead of time so that was odd. In the future any visits should be discussed beforehand. All in all a great stay and would recommend.

Beautiful property. Very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Was able to park in the garage and everything was perfect. Were too tired to enjoy the hot tub unfortunately but it was a lovely place. Not a complaint, just a suggestion to have an oscillating fan available for the rooms for comfort and noise. It was absolutely SILENT in the house. Saw a moose 1 block from the house as we were leaving! Highlight of the trip so far! Thanks Joey!

This rental feels like a home. The owner is so helpful and kind. The house is very clean, well decorated and has everything you could need. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The neighborhood is nice and it is convenient to downtown and the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here one night to be close to the airport (no more than 10 minutes away). Joey was very communicative before our arrival. We weren’t here long but it was a good place to stay for what we needed since we had a very early flight. It smelled great when we walked in the door. There’s a nice deck on the back of the house with a hot tub. It's an older home in a subdivision. It fit our needs for the one night.

Wonderful home, wonderful experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Joey is organized, detail oriented, thoughtful and a wonderful communicator. The home is clean and offers everything you need (the fresh flowers and chocolate cake in the refrigerator were definite perks! ). The location is great —close proximity to the airport and exploring Seward. He’s thought of everything – there’s even a cooler in the garage, which was helpful when I went to buy some dry ice to ship salmon back home to New York. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joey for a great stay!

This was our jumping off point for our Alaska adventure. Nice family home in a neighborhood. Easy to navigate from the airport, close to amenities, downtown not too far of a drive. Also enjoyed the hot tub.

Would stay again!

Joey is a good host. Everything was straightforward for check in and out. The home was beautiful and clean, it felt really homey. We loved the jacuzzi with the pretty lights surrounding in the backgrounds. We also loved the cozy little fireplace that has real flames and gives off heat, really added to the pizzazz... it turns on with a light switch.The location was prefect and neighborhood was great too. It felt safe. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
