A LAYOUT THAT WORKS WELL FOR GROUPS
The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a split-entry layout that allows everyone room to spread out.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace and smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs, there’s a second living space that doubles as a bedroom, with two twin beds that convert to a king, two love seats, and its own TV—an ideal setup for kids, teens, or guests who appreciate extra privacy.
This flexible layout works especially well for families, friends traveling together, or small groups who want shared space without feeling crowded. The home is split-level, with a short set of stairs at the entry connecting the upstairs and downstairs living spaces.

A short flight of six stairs leads to the front door. We do not require a security deposit. Instead, an $800 pre-authorization hold is placed one day before check-in and is automatically released within seven days after checkout.
