The second bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed, a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The second floor has a primary suite with a king size bed and flat-screen TV. The primary suite also has an oversized closet and bath. Relax in the Jacuzzi-style tub with jets and a separate shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee off the private balcony of the primary suite. Take advantage of the full-size washer/dryer. A half bath is located right off the kitchen. The ample stocked kitchen, living and dining areas are open and spacious. Located just steps from your door, enjoy the beach walkover, community pool or outdoor entertainment. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked at this home. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Additional Features: Flat-screen TVs, open patio downstairs, beach walkover, Wi-Fi, shared pool, gulf views, washer/dryer, bath towels and linens provided.
