Party lights welcome you to your perfect vacation spot! As you head to the stairs, you'll be pulled into the beautiful backyard space...stunning pool with a waterfall, outdoor living space, grill and prep area, bar, and bar stools. You'll want to spend most of your time in this beautiful outdoor area!

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

Making your way upstairs, you'll be welcomed to a spacious front deck and you'll catch a beautiful sunset of Port A, right here!

Come on into a large open space that will take your breath away! Oversized living with sectional sofa (queen sleeper), large TV, side chair, and a few games to play.

Enjoy the gorgeous dining space surrounded by windows (taking full advantage of those sunset/sunrise views), and plenty of space to visit and dine!

The chef's kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine. It has a long bar with bar stools for those who like to watch and eat versus cook and prep...everyone is all together in this dining/living/kitchen space!

Down the hall, you'll have access to a linen closet, a full-size washer & dryer, and a guest bathroom.

3 bedrooms include: 1 King Master with Ensuite bathroom, 1 King Bedroom, and 1 Bunk Room with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). Bedrooms have storage space and TV's. FREE Netflix!

Home Truths:
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- A NEMA 14-50 (50amp) outlet is available for EV charging; however, guests will need to bring their own plug and cord as the outlet and power are provided.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for 4-5 vehicles.
- Boat parking and golf cart parking are allowed.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
