Our recently renovated condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Decorated in a fun & functional Modern Western motif, with comfortable seating area, gas fireplace, and large dining space. Situated on the 1st floor for easy access, enjoy a walk-out screened in and outdoor patio with grassy area. A lovely screened in porch with ceiling fan in the back offers a great place to relax, enjoy the picturesque forest and mountain views of Kingwood Golf Course, and alfresco dining. The split floor plan offers plenty of privacy for both bedrooms. The master suite has a modern, platform king bed and en-suite with large, jetted tub and a large walk-in closet. The nicely appointed guest room has a comfortable queen size bed with private bathroom.
The Kingwood golf course is public, so everyone may play and offers a beautiful and challenging 18-hole golf course, practice facility, clubhouse, wine-tasting room, and spa. If other outdoor fun is your goal, there are limitless hiking trails nearby with spectacular views and waterfalls. We offer a large binder at the house with over 30 hand-picked hikes suitable for all age groups.
