The third guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bedside table with a lamp, as mart TV and a closet.
The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The laundry closet features a full sized washer & dryer.

Going up to the third and top floor is the master bedroom, featuring a King-sized bed, a dresser, a smart Tv and a walk-in closet.
The elegant and spacious master bathroom is across the hallway and features two sinks, a vanity space, an elegant bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

The sliding doors next to the dining area on the 1st floor allow access to the furnished screened patio.
From there on you can open the screened door to walk down to the heated spillover pool and spa which overlooks a fresh water lake.
The garage has space for two cars and there is space for one car in the driveway.

Siesta Key is the perfect location for a vacation! The Siesta Key village is only at a 3 min drive with its many restaurants, bars, boutiques, ice cream shops...
Siesta Beach, which was voted #1 in the USA, is a 7 min drive and will impress you with its white sand and crystal clear water. Play a game of beach volley ball, watch the dolphins swim by or lay in the sun.
