Showcasing original 1940s design, this quiet retreat showcases an authentic farmhouse aesthetic, while offering contemporary comfort in a picturesque setting with 360-degree views of the Redwood Valley. This quaint farmhouse is set on a working cattle ranch. Experience a piece of living history as the farmhouse’s original Redwood Lumber construction has stood the test of time. A tranquil pond on the east side of the property is a frequent home for geese and ducks. Elk are also known to routinely graze across the farmland and pastures surrounding the property.

While the scenery is primed for quiet rest and relaxation, the home is not without its entertainment features. Highlights include a converted garage-game room equipped with Ping-Pong, a small air hockey table, cornhole, ladder toss, and board games. A grill and picnic table are also available for warm weather cookouts.

A wood stove and an electric fireplace insert offer a toasty ambiance in the living room, with a smart TV included for casual downtime or movie viewing. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare tasty, home-cooked meals. Modern essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
