* Redwood Beach Retreat is a custom 3 bed/ 2 bath home 1700 square foot home that is beautifully furnished and available from 2 nights up to 1 month stays. Renter must be at least 25 years of age. This home IS pet friendly for 1 small lap dog, up to 20 lbs only with a no pet fee!. Dog must not be left unattended inside or outside of the home.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just East of downtown Trinidad by less than a 1/4 mile. This family friendly home is ideally located up out of the fog belt but only a 15 minute walk to Trinidad State Beach. Owned by a family of surfers, gardeners, gourmet cooks and world travelers this home has been lovingly filled with one of a kind artful décor and is furnished for comfort and easy entertaining. The open floor plan allows everyone to connect and enjoy the ambiance of the wood burning fireplace whether relaxing on the sectional sofa, sitting round the large dining room table for 8 or hanging out in the large gourmet kitchen with an island breakfast bar for 2. The living room has a smart t.v. and a large coffee table great for playing games and doing puzzles. The kitchen has high quality stainless steel appliances including a gas range, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fully stocked kitchen. The living room is filled with natural light from a bank of windows with Redwood views. The hickory floors and cabinets add to the warmth and ambiance. This home is set up for comfort with all 3 bedrooms furnished with King beds, quality linens and carpeted floors. The main bedroom offers a King bed, smart t.v., large dresser and dual closets. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in Travertine tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom across the hallway has another King bed and garden views. The third bedroom has also has a King sized bed and small desk making this room a great office space for working while traveling. There is a small laundry room with a washer, dryer and utility sink. Guests will enjoy the private outdoor shower and listening to the bell buoy while soaking in the 3 person hot tub. The deck is equipped with a stainless steel bbq, outdoor dining table and plenty of Adirondack chairs to kick back and relax. The large fully fenced backyard has a park like setting with flower gardens, fruit trees and a small greenhouse. The owners lock up some personal belongings in one hall closet and two additional attached rooms beyond the laundry room There is room for 2 vehicles in the carport and ample parking for several other vehicles onsite.
