Loved the location, sitting on balcony looking out at ocean! Location to activities was great! Facility/ condo was clean. Bedrooms could use better lighting & swivel chairs in living room uncomfortable after sitting in them for any length of time. We will certainly be back & Hope to stay in this condo again. Facility may be aging but property is well maintained! Loved it!

Property was nice and very clean. We will stay here again. It was convenient to walk to restaurants if needed and good view of beach. Bed was comfortable and furniture was comfortable. Unit was updated and comfortable with everything needed. Refrigerator kept things very cold and worked well. Plenty of room for 2 people. Full length mirror on closet door was a plus. Our only complaint was that the thermometer had a note not to adjust temp below 72 and the room was a bit warm even with curtains closed and felt warmer at night. I think that was throughout the property and not related to this unit. It was very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Another care free stay at Surf Song

We had another wonderful stay at Surf Song. Unit #346 was perfect. Very updated and a very comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for better. Management has and is doing a lot to beautify the grounds with new landscaping and other improvements. Can't wait until our next visit.

Best sleep ever with a condo rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed was the best we had ever been in! The location was perfect with a nice view of the gulf! Very clean and up to date unit. Surf Song does need a new sign out front to make it easier to find. They also need to install a bathroom by the pool. It was a long way to our room. The balcony was nice, just a little small. There is quite a bit of road noise and garbage truck work on Sunday morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! It was clean but a few things need to be kept up. The hotel type cards are gross. I didn’t want to take the elevator. Not a problem I took the steps. A couple of the lights were burned out... especially in the bathroom where the lighting is poor anyway. The towel racks in the bathroom are loose from the wall... I was afraid to hang anything on them. Hand soap at both sinks would be nice. All in all it was a good experience.

Spring visit to St Pete

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view from our room was perfect. It had all the amenities we could ask for. I could have avoided the Vrbo fee by booking directly with the resort, but you live and learn. The laundry rooms are very convenient and well located. We did not try the pool, but others that were there seemed to enjoy it. Will have to go in next time. Beach access could not have been better. John’s Pass although close is not noisy, except for the music from the bar is slightly heard during the day, very quiet at night. We will stay again and remember to book directly thru the resort.

Location was important since we didn’t have a car and this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere or took the trolley which had a stop right outside. The beach was the highlight of the trip.
