Great stay

Newly renovated property, with all the amenities, including washer and dryer on site. The condo was perfect. Loved the views of the gulf and views of John’s Pass. Always love coming back to Madeira Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint little condo at Surf Song. Exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach, and a pool too. One of the best parts- convenience to shops and food, all within walking distance. Very pleased with our choice to stay at this place!

Amazing stay!

This property listing is exactly as described!! It’s a beautiful location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The best part is this property sits right on the ocean and this is a 3rd floor room with a beautiful ocean view!!! The complex has a beautiful pool and lounge chairs for use. This property only had one beach chair for use that was rusted and unstable, however we bought 2 during our stay and left them for others to enjoy. We do plan to go back to this property in the future!!

Room was as described. Beds were comfortable although walkway lights are very bright coming in through bedroom window, black out curtains or blinds would work better. We’ve stayed in this room before and the new deck chairs were lovely for morning coffee with a view. Definitely could use new sofa, it’s pretty warn out and uncomfortable. We were stuck indoors a good part of the week door to rain and someplace comfortable to sit would have been nice.

Construction

Cute condo. Comfy beds but not upfront with construction at property. Never was told we’d be woken up at 7:30 am every morning by buzz saws and can’t listen to music or hear each other at pool. Walked around glass on ground , broken concrete, nails. They gave us 11% back anfter several complaints which I unacceptable to me. I’d rather paid full price and had peace sitting on my balcony and at pool. Our water was turned off and the property management said they couldn’t do anything about it but I talked to construction crew after 4 hours they turned it back on. Arriving early can store your luggage outside only. But they let us in early. The location is prime. The condo was nice but I’m not sure how I feel about using Sunhost property management anymore. I would rent this condo again if no construction or it was disclosed and not through property management who said they thought they’d be done when they weren’t even close. Hate writing bad reviews but unacceptable. I have several pictures and videos .

We had a collage refrigerator a toaster and coffee pot in the hallway entrance no kitchen sink to wash dishes. It is so outdated with extension cords running all over the place. The coach was so dirty we would not set on it. This room needs updated and cleaned. The resort was nice and the pool and beach was beautiful. The room was not what you would want to spend a full week in on your holiday vacation

Walls have paint chipped off them. No screen door on the sliding glass door so we could not leave door open to hear ocean. Door to go into condo is rotting & chipping away, gaps all the way around the door you could see daylight coming. Couch very uncomfortable, no coffee table to put you feet on. Nothing else in condo to set in other than kitchen chairs. It rained 2 days while we were there so it was not comfortable setting inside. I have never stayed at a place where there were no paper towels or tissues provided. Water drained out of the tub when I tried to take a bath. I had to stuff a paper bag in drain to hold the water & remove it when I was finished. Shower rod needs to be moved out further or a curved one bought shower curtain was sticking to us while showering. Mattresses were worn down and soft when you got into bed you sunk. There was dirt and a toenail on the rug on the living room when we got there, that goodness we had brought a broom & dust pan with us. This review was completed by Charles s. wife Ruth.
