Updated and Spacious 3BR/2BA Victorian Style Home
Have fun with the whole family in this stylish and spacious three bedroom home only 1 mile from the heart of downtown Petaluma where you can walk to countless wonderful shops and restaurants!
Guests will find themselves in a wonderfully spacious home away from home that has just about everything they might need for a fantastic stay! Unique antique furnishings throughout the house make it feel cozy while everything in the house is new as it was only recently remodeled!
The space
Walking up to the house, guests will see a wonderful porch and an antique door leading into the house.
After opening the door, there's a wonderful open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There's plenty of space to sit around, enjoy each other's company, and even cook an amazing home cooked meal in your home away from home!
To the left of the dining room, are the first two bedrooms. It has a comfortable Full-sized bed, Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has a brand new Queen-sized bed, a cozy reading nook, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The first two bathrooms share the hallway bathroom which has beautiful mosaic tile and a spacious walk-in shower.
Past the kitchen, there's the in-unit washer and dryer (guests are of course welcome to use both!) as well as an exit out to the back patio. Note: the back patio is currently still a work in progress!
The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, the windows face out to the back patio which makes it the most quiet room in the house, and the en-suite bathroom has a combination shower and tub.
Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the front house on the property. There is a finished garage (separate building) on the property which is used by the owner. There is a private entrance for guests and a separate entrance for the owner.
Other things to note
- The house has only recently been renovated. I'm still working on finishing out the landscaping and outdoor design/amenities. Updates photos of the outdoor guest space to come :)
- I have gardeners who come by every other week (Thursday's) to ensure the landscaping is maintained and that the trash bins are taken out.
- There's a new fire pit in the backyard which guests are welcome to enjoy! Rules for use: ensure kids are at least 3ft away, do not wear flammable clothing, it's a propane gas fire pit (i.e. don't use flammable liquids to light or re-light fire), guests must keep a safe distance from the fire.
