Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Inside you'll also find ramps, bars, and low beds, which are ideal for those with mobility issues. Relax and make yourself at home with dual spa like shower heads, or by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite movie on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive patio. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island countertop, coffee bar, and an eclectic dining table with lots of colorful decor. If you need to bring your work on vacation, a dedicated workspace is available for remote work. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a wonderful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Kids will love the bunk room and the enclosed yard with a playset while the adults can gather around the barbecue grill and firepit. Home has a beverage refrigerator, as well as an extra microwave.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
