Guests can relax in the nice bedroom and make use of the convenient amenities. Fall in love with Pensacola and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

"This new 1 bedroom, 1 bath rustic retreat that is at the end of a private gravel road.

Peaceful mornings and fun afternoons await you at this great location. The bedroom has a king bed, full-size pullout in living room sofa, twin-size pullout in chair, full kitchen has granite countertops and lots of storage. The large laundry room has a Maytag washer/dryer. Enjoy free WiFi, parking, & arcade. The game room is on the 1st floor with spacious living on the 2nd floor. 10 minutes from Perdido beaches."

This property is located close to the end of a private gravel rd. It is almost a half acre parcel so plenty of room to get outside and play.

There is a game room downstairs and a full living Quarters upstairs.

Fantastic Find!

We booked last minute to spend 2 nights near family in Perdido Key and this place is a hidden gem. The home was spotless, and seems brand new!The location was ideal—close enough to the beach, but private and QUIET. The host was responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay.If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay and highly recommend!

Place was practically brand new. Everything was clean and in order. The location was great right between Perdido Key and Pensacola. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway in a quiet secluded area. The nook will be on my list for a return visit.

Everything was great about this property. Location, cleanliness, and hospitality. Went out of their way to make it more like home with board games and all the streaming services. Great great people talked to them for a bit. Hopefully no bad guests ruin this place.

Extra long weekend getaway

Booked the Nautical Nook for 3 nights. It was perfect. Clean and neat. Loved the decor. Very quiet little spot. The bed was so comfortable.It only took 10 minutes to get to the beach. We loved the Perdido Key State Park beach spot. 2 different entrances and only cost 3. Minutes from Orange Beach and Pensacola. Winn Dixie and Publix very close by and convenient and so many restaurants nearby!!

Absolutely perfect stay!

I am very hard to impress! I want to say a super thanks to Vrbo and our host. If you want the perfect place to stay near Pensacola this is it. First off I am a worry wart. I ask a ton of questions because booking online can be scary. The host answered every single one and did so quickly. So you can book and not have to worry. Second , this rental is just outside of town but conveniently located to every thing! It is a newly built and beautiful rental. It has everything including towels , linens, dishes , coffee pods , WiFi , two tvs and so on. We felt very safe as it is located in a very nice upscale area! I will be back. There are so many things to do in the area as well and lots of free things for kids to do. Such as great park nearby called perdido park, splash pads , beaches etc. I highly recommend and I will be back !
