Willkommen in unserem atemberaubenden Ferienhaus in La Jolla Shores, das kürzlich renoviert wurde und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Sandstränden und dem lebhaften Ort entfernt liegt. Dieses geräumige Refugium ist perfekt für große Familien oder Gruppen und verbindet modernen Komfort mit einer erstklassigen Lage für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub an der Küste.

Tritt ein in einen hellen und luftigen Wohnbereich mit stilvoller Einrichtung, einem 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher, einem gemütlichen Kamin und Glasschiebetüren, die in den Garten führen. Die Profiküche verfügt über brandneue High-End-Geräte, eine Frühstückstheke für drei Personen und einen angrenzenden Esstisch mit Platz für bis zu zehn Personen – ideal für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten nach einem Tag in der Sonne.

Die großzügige Master-Suite öffnet sich zum Garten hin und verfügt über eine Sitzecke, einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher sowie ein eigenes Bad. Auf der Hauptebene findest du außerdem drei weitere Schlafzimmer – zwei mit Kingsize-Betten und eines mit einem Queensize-Bett – sowie zwei Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss ergänzt ein zusätzlicher Wohnbereich mit gewölbten Decken, einer Kochnische und einem privaten Balkon das fünfte Schlafzimmer, das mit zwei Kingsize-Betten und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet ist. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Flachbildfernsehern und hochwertiger Bettwäsche für höchsten Komfort ausgestattet.

Draußen kannst du dich in der privaten Oase im Hinterhof entspannen – mit einem „Jacuzzi“ unter einem Sonnendach, einer Feuerstelle, einem Grill und einem Esstisch im Freien für bis zu acht Personen. Dank der bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten überall kannst du die Meeresbrise genießen oder einen Abend bei Sonnenuntergang mit deinen Liebsten verbringen.

Highspeed-WLAN, Premium-Kabelkanäle und Roku-fähige 4K-Fernseher machen die Freizeit drinnen zum Kinderspiel. We had a group of 10 with 5 kids under the age of 11 and everyone had a blast! The house was perfect for our group and the hot tub was a huge hit. The multiple living areas made it easy for the adults to have some peace and quiet when they wanted it. And everyone said their beds were super comfy. Great communication from the host and the location was great for us. It was an easy walk to the beach and to the downtown. Parking was easy as well. Thank you for a great vacation!

We had the best time visiting San Diego on a multigenerational family vacation. We absolutely love the area (LaJolla) and the house. It was above and beyond what our expectations were. Having the upstairs that was basically like an apartment was also a bonus with the extended family. The house is in a great location with access to anywhere you’ll need to go very quickly. We loved that we could walk to the market down the street, or the restaurants, and the beach! This house is a must rent!

My large family came from a variety of cities across the country to spend time together in La Jolla. This bnb was the perfect reunion spot. It was spacious and comfortable for individual parties and also had a lot of great communal spaces. In particular, we really enjoyed the patio and fire pit. The house was very clean, wellStocked and comfortable. Bedrooms and bath were clean and we slept great in the beds. The hot tub was lovely and well kept. the covered gazebo made it feel secluded. Great home for a large family. We had enough space to spread out. The hot tub was the biggest hit for us. Something we look forward to after a long day of beachin’ or exploring. Location is a 10/10 for us because it was walkable to so many places nearby. Beach was just a few blocks away. We love this area of La Jolla and plan to return every year we come out.

A Perfect Week

We just spent a wonderful family week at Shores Villa in La Jolla. Here's just a bit of what we appreciated:*plenty of parking*house has a great floor plan for group socializing and places for quiet time*amenities such as spices, olive oil, sugar for coffee, etc*all the beach supplies - boogie boards, sand toys, chairs*delightful walk to town and beach*spa and outside table for dining*Just what we needed - we'll be back!

Perfect reunion spot

Beautiful, spacious and quiet home in a location that allows you to leave the car in the driveway and walk to all the best spots in La Jolla. It was a perfect spot for a reunion with friends! The host went above and beyond providing neighborhood info and suggestions. We can’t wait to return to this jewel of a place.

Shores Perfection

Everything was perfect. Owners were very attentive and communicated the entire stay. House was set up perfect for our needs and backyard area was very relaxing. It was the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops. Will put it on our must stay again when there.

Great location and space for big family. The hot tub had a couple of hic cups according to my father in law. The upstairs shower drained slow and the upstairs a/c stopped working for a day, but quite, great location for us.

Fun in the Sun!

We loved this location! Walking distance to beach and all the things you need to enjoy a day at the beach! We went every day! We had 8 people and there was plenty of room to spread out! Great backyard and hot tub, our dog loved it! Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a lot! We used the outdoor grill quite a bit! Lots of cute restaurant nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
