•What is the difference between booking here vs. through the hotel?
When you book with us you avoid resort fees while getting access to the same services and amenities as other guests.

•What floor/tower is the room on?
For security reasons we are unable to disclose room location details including floor/tower numbers until the day of your arrival.

•Can I send mail to the suite?
Yes. Guests can pick up packages at the Concierge. All packages are subject to a processing and delivery fee based on the weight of the item. You may further inquire with the property directly.

•How far are you from The Strip?
The Signature is 0.5 miles from The Strip but you are able to walk directly into the MGM Grand from the property.

•Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check in and late check out are subject to availability and is not guaranteed. This can not be guaranteed until the day of your arrival/departure. There is an additional fee for these services.

•Will the rooms be cleaned daily?
Daily housekeeping is NOT included. All housekeeping through our housekeeping company. You may request items to be delivered please note items are subject to availability. Signature staff will not assist with any housekeeping.

• Why does the cost change when I select my dates?
Room rates fluctuate based on supply and demand. Dates during a weekend or popular event cost more.

• Is there a bell desk at the property?
Yes, you can store luggage at the Bell Desk and request temporary keys to access the pools, fitness centers, etc. until you depart or as you wait for check-in time. If you would like to guarantee access to your room earlier or until you depart, we recommend booking an extra night.
The front desk is open 24/7 for your convenience.
