Excellent Location

Was a very nice room and the host was quick to answer our questions! Easy access to the strip and we were always able to utilize valet. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place and location! MGM grand with everything right there. We didn't pack for the lazy river but regretted it. You're connected with Top Golf which is perfect place to go get the Zoox (driverless vehicle).You can take the monorail out of MGM or walk to the strip for the bus.Front desk and bellman was very accommodating and friendly.

Room Was clean and in a good location. Met our needs. Provisions was basic, nothing over the top but was equipped with the essentials. Lots of towels so that was good. Area where the condo was located was secure and very quiet.

Second time I have stayed here and it’s always a pleasure. So convenient for me when coming to CES especially with the monorail down by the MGM. Love the kitchen too makes saving money or eating healthier a lot easier.

The property is great. Having the balcony is nice. The property manager was great to deal with and took care of an issue quickly. The little extra touches they put in for the stay was appreciated.

Always Great At The Signature

What’s not to love? Being in Tower 1, you are closer to the strip so less walking when you’re exhausted! The unit is clean and beautiful. Close to the elevators which is great. Check in took less than 2 minutes. Will stay here again!

The room was like promised in the listing. We were very pleased with our stay, very comfortable. It was clean, plenty of linens, amazing water pressure. We would recommend this property to anyone, and the host was very responsive and easy to work with.
