AS you walk in to your newly renovated coastal getaway you have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! It is open to you living and dining room space to enjoy making memories with your family and friends! Dining Room table seats 6 and room for 4 at the kitchen bar! Living room has a fold out couch and 2 chairs with tons of natural light that comes in from windows overlooking the balcony and Ole River and 58" TV. Master Bedroom with King bed and premium mattress for a restful sleep, private bathroom, and private access to balcony. This is a small Condominium Complex. Easy to get in and out of. Very laid back. Always plenty of room around the pool. Beach Access directly across the street.

You can park in any of the uncovered parking spots. Overflow parking you can park in the gravel lot where the trailers are but this shouldn't be necessary there is usually always parking available.

1 Parking Pass Included 2nd Pass $30

Boaters - If you are bringing your boat it is a $50/n boat slip rental. No trailer parking at the condo. Most guest just leave truck and trailer at public boat ramp.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking

A $200 security hold will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
