Welcome to Rio Canción #1, your peaceful Guadalupe River getaway! This cozy riverfront cabin, one side of a duplex, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with one private Queen bedroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Located directly on the beautiful Guadalupe River, you'll enjoy easy river access and the relaxing beauty of the Texas Hill Country. The outdoor spaces, including the deck and riverfront seating areas, are shared with Rio Canción #2, making it easy to relax, enjoy the views, or spend the day floating, fishing, or kayaking.

Inside, you'll find high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and a coffee maker—everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Parking: Complimentary on-site parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Pet Fees

Dogs under 40 lbs: $25 per day

Dogs over 40 lbs: $40 per day

One-time cleaning fee: $35 per stay (covers additional cleaning inside the cabin)

Yard cleanup is the responsibility of the pet owner.

Important: Dogs are not permitted on beds or upholstered furniture. If excessive pet hair is found on bedding or furniture requiring additional cleaning or replacement, the $300 pet deposit will be forfeited.
