Wonderful location, quiet corner of Gruene

We stayed here, a family of 3, for Labor Day 2022. It was the perfect home base for adventures on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers, and all that Gruene has to offer. We would love to stay there again!

This property is in a great location, within walking distance to everything .

Very clean , and comfortable beds . A little musty smell when arrived , maybe due to AC being turned up , but other than that it’s great !

Great weekend

We came in for a Mom’s getaway weekend. Such a great location, walking distance to everything. Only complaint would be we would have liked some cleaning supplies and we forgot to bring any salt and pepper.

Adult River Weekend

We love staying at this location. This is our 2nd year staying in Gruene and not having to drive is a huge plus. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It has a balcony over looking the river on one side and the the pool on the other. We can’t wait to come back next summer.

Great getaway

We absolutely love this location and this condo. The check in and check out is very easy. It was clean and great walking distance to all the great shops, Gruene Hall, and the delicious restaurants. We also love that you can walk down and have a river access as well. There is a pool available.

Fantastic property! Clean, well furnished, management was great and responded quickly to all my questions. Perfect if attending an event at the Event Center and within walking distance from everything in Gruene. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The property was clean, nice, and decorated well. Very convenient location, you can walk to everything downtown Gruene has to offer. The only thing was people were in the pool very late and were very loud.

Country river fun

Perfect for getting to sights in Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. The town of Gruene and New Braunfels had a lot to offer as well. There was walkable access to food, entertainment, rafting. The traffic in the area was busy for such a small town but the unit comes with 2 parking spots if needed. It was nice to have Netflix at the unit for the teens. Overall great experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great, we have no complaints. It had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and a great location.
