We had a wonderful stay! The location is especially great if you’re visiting Crystal Bridges, with easy access to the museum grounds and trails. It's also a short walk to the beautiful downtown square. We loved being able to get out and explore with our dog, and having such a spacious, comfortable place to come back to made the stay even better.The home was clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly, with plenty of room to spread out. It was a great home base for exploring Bentonville, and we would happily stay here again.

Great home base

Clean, big space for a family to spread out in. Centrally located, easy trail access. We visit Bentonville often. This was one of our favorite houses.

Excellent location and the space was perfect.

Loved the size of the spaces and the unique furnishings. We traveled with our adult children and their significant others. Everyone had privacy when needed yet we were able to spend time together as well.

A huge plus for this house is it location to downtown. We enjoyed the close proximity to shops, restaurants, the farmers market and also to trails. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house could use some attention though. It’s not as nice as other properties and the king sized bed is very soft and uncomfortable. The backyard table could use a cleaning as well as underneath the beds. Well, I didn’t feel the house was dirty, I feel like more attention could be paid to details. We did have an issue with the air conditioner that was resolved fully in a couple of days. It would be nice to have better cook and bakeware especially since our visit lasted a month. I think this is a better house for short-term visits.

Pre Thanksgiving Visit

We came to Bentonville to visit with family who live in the area. Our rental was centrally located and an easy walk to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed Crystal Bridges Museum and the tree lighting ceremony in the square was lots of fun.

Crystal Bridge Tour

Great property! Plenty of space to entertain & hang out with family & friends!! Great outdoor space for gathering as well! Fenced in yard for our furry family member! Kitchen was well appointed as well!! Walkable to Crystal Bridges & various restaurants in town!! We would definitely stay there again!

Weekend Trip

This was a fun place to stay for our group! We had 3 kids (ages from 1-9) who enjoyed all the open space. The house was exactly as listed and was in a great location! The rooms worked out perfectly. If we had stayed longer, I know we would’ve gotten more use out of the kitchen and dining room. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for our few night stay!

From the moment I pulled in the neighborhood I was impressed and then when I opened the door to the home and saw how beautifully decorated it was and how cozy it felt I knew my family was going to enjoy our stay!!! The property is immaculate. The home is VERY spacious and is close to EVERYTHING!!! Beautiful trails, a few minutes drive to the beautifully quaint city center. The property has everything you need to cook meals and our three boys loved all of the games in the home. We will DEFINITELY rent this property again on our bext visit to Bentonville.

Bentonville Labor Day Wedding

Fantastic house and location! We drove down for a wedding over the weekend. We knew we wanted to stay somewhere with a bunch of things to do within walking distance. This house is perfect! Bike trails, community garden, and the town square are right down the road. A fantastic friendly neighborhood made it even better. Will be staying here again when we come back to visit!

Great Visit to Bentonville

We visited Bentonville for a trip to The Momentary for a concert and Crystal Bridges during the day. This place was nestled in an adorable neighborhood walking distance from Crystal Bridges a very short drive from downtown. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Comfy beds, great water pressure, and an inviting kitchen made for a great gathering spot and place to land after exploring the city. thanks!

Booked this for a week of our son’s wedding. Everyone who stayed with us - and all guests to hosted gatherings LOVED the home. Great layout I’d a big floor plan. Everything is beautiful, everything works as it should. Price was very fair for a PERFECT home in a gorgeous neighborhood - walkable to the quaint “downtown”.
