When you stay here, you will be right in between what travelers come to Savannah for - The Beach and Historic Downtown. From the driveway, simply turn into highway 80 and go East to find North Tybee Beach in 20 minutes. Or head West to arrive at Historic Downtown in 10 minutes.
You don't want to miss staying here!
The Space:
Escape to this spacious 5BR/2BA brick home on a large corner lot in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 10 minutes from the heart of Savannah and 20 minutes from North Tybee Beach.
With private parking, two smart TVs, Studio Mcgee transitional-modern furniture and decor, two dining areas, two large bathrooms, and a carport - this home has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Enjoy the convenience of being across the street from Walmart, Publix Grocery, restaurants (Amazing Mexican, Asian Fusion, Southern Fare, Five Guys, BBQ), and bars - all within one minute from the front door.
Bring your furry friend, as dogs are welcome here - they will absolutely adore the large fenced-in yard.

The Neighborhood:
The property is centrally located between Downtown and Tybee Beach.
The neighborhood is right across from the highway, but you will barely hear any road noise - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!
There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, Publix, and a Walmart nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.
You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately two minutes from the house.
In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
