• Warm Pool: Pool maintenance employs a special natural mix to capture the sun's solar energy and maintain heat both day and night, it is not guaranteed that the pool will be warm.

• Early Check-in: Due to our cleaning partners needing time to flip the home upside down and clean in between the cracks, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you on the day of your arrival if early check-in is possible along with the fee if you message us beforehand.

• Parking: The large driveway provides parking for up to five cars or a boat. No parking on the street or lawn.

• Noise: Located in a quiet neighborhood. Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 9:30 PM. The neighbors are aware of our rental residence but are not tolerant of excessive noise and partying.

• Smart TV: There is no premium cable tv. Smart TVs are provided in many rooms and outdoor locations. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, etc.
