Classic Movie Home on Gum - Walking Distance to GSU

Movies on Gum is one of many themed properties on this street! This home is inspired by Classic Movies! The perfect place to not only relax in peace near the woods of Grambling, but the ambiance makes it much more fun! Great for photos and reminiscing of old movies to share with your family! This home is walking distance to Grambling Campus and about a 7 minute drive to LA Tech! This home is 4 bedrooms, and you have the option to book the other side to create an 8 bedroom space!

The house is a large duplex and we split them to give two different vibes. Movies on Gum is inspired by classic movies and Music on Gum is inspired by Hip Hop and R&B artists. You will notice paintings of Movies and Artists all over each side of the homes. The Bedrooms for Movies on Gum have special themes to them in regards to the type of movies. The Bedrooms for Music on Gum have different color schemes that align with each artist. We wanted to create a space where our guests can have a place to rest as well as give them an opportunity for photos. At the end of the day, it is simply a 4 Bedroom Vacation home with style!

Also, there is a third rental on the property called LOVE on Gum. It is a Studio Bedroom with a Kitchen and Bathroom. This is a great add on if you just need a little bit more space versus getting an entire 4 bedroom home.

**PLEASE NOTE** You will have access to your side only. You will not share any space in your side with the neighbor. There is one way to enter each side. Each side has its own four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry room and a living/dining room.

You will be able to access the entire home on the side that you have booked. The only shared areas will be the fire pit area, parking lot, backyard and patio. If booked both sides, you will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note
If you are traveling in extremely large groups, consider booking both Music on Gum and Movies on Gum for maximum experience!
