The Space:
Our beautifully remodeled cottage is located in the heart of Ruston within eyeshot of Louisiana Tech south campus. It is a short drive (2 miles) to downtown Ruston, Louisiana Tech Campus, LaTech Athletics Facilities, and The Ruston Sports Complex.
The space offers 3 private bedrooms (King, King, Queen/Bunks) and 2 bathrooms. 6 Flat screen TV's throughout entire place (3 in game room) and blazing-fast high-speed internet throughout entire property.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and plenty of room for cooking. Pots and pans are fully stocked as well as your dishes, utensils and whatever else you need for cooking and dining in the condo. A microwave oven, toaster and combo (single or whole pot) coffee maker make the kitchen complete for your cooking convenience.

House features all the amenities we could pack into one place (Snacks, Community Coffee, Bottled Water, Games, Ruston/LaTech decor that highlights the great area that is Ruston, Louisiana!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property and it is 100% private throughout your entire stay. The house is accessed via keypad and the code will be shared upon check-in time.
